Michael McKelvy is Chief Executive Officer of McDermott International and Chair of the company’s Board of Directors. He brings more than three decades of industry leadership in global engineering, procurement and construction markets as he executes the company’s strategic growth and operational plan.

Rachel Clingman joined McDermott in April 2021 and is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary. Rachel leads corporate strategy and performance in areas of governance, legal, ethics & compliance, communications, contract management and sustainability. 

Maurizio Coratella currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for McDermott.
