The International Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine Canada (ICEBM) is a not-for-profit physician organization incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (CNFPA). We comply with all the requirements of a federal not-for-profit organization under that legislation.

We are dedicated to educating and informing health care professionals on best patient-oriented medical practice and promoting the highest quality of patient care using best evidence.

ICEBM meets the ethical standards and regulatory criteria for CPD/CME certification of both the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).

We adhere to the guidelines and codes of ethics of the Conseil Québécois de Développement Professionnel Continu des Médecins (CQDPCM), work directly with the Quebec Federation of General Practitioners, the FMOQ, and ensure that all activity is in keeping with the National Standards.

We are a developer and supplier of Canadian Council of Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP) accredited programs.
